Their story began with messages. Long, thoughtful ones. And then came the shayari. Yash, who had never written poetry before, suddenly found himself penning Hindi verses like a modern-day Raj from a 90s rom-com.
“He actually started writing me poems — full-on filmy style. He didn’t even know he had it in him! Total ‘Main Shayar Toh Nahi’ energy.”

“I was so set on maroon. But then Rohit (our stylist angel) asked me to try something ivory — which I had literally never considered.”

After shortlisting 80+ venues and visiting over 50 (yes, really), they found the one — a historic hall in the UK with glass windows and endless natural light. Dreamy doesn’t even begin to cover it.
But the real flex? Their mandap. They ditched the usual four pillars and went for something symbolic — inspired by British summer dates under trees, filtered sunlight, and home-style Gujarati torans that brought a piece of their roots into the room.
