I had the most memorable time of my life when I married my beloved Darshan Kataria in the most high-spirited and emotionally fulfilling wedding ever.

The Love For The Classic Red Lehenga
I was very clear about my love for the classic red lehenga since day one. I too went down on my knees to put the ring on his finger and call him MINE!! Story abhi baki hai, .. Wedding outfit was not the only outfit to make me feel like a princess. The pre-wedding ceremonies got me charged up as well. I just couldn’t stop frolicking around, exuding my livelisiet spirits while adorning the princess like ensemble.
Dance Like There Is No Tomorrow
After sitting patiently for hours while so skilled artists applied mehendi on my hands and feet, I jumped on the dance floor, grooving like there is no tomorrow. All my chuddy-buddies, mausa-mausis, and taya-tayis who were decked up let themselves loose and could be seen dancing and singing away to glory.
For my mehendi, I chose the less-is-more mantra and wore a classy, crushed lehenga choli with a choker dupatta which set the tone for a rocking mehendi ceremony. The flawless make-up, chic hairstyle along with soft curls were a big hit and got me a lot of compliments. The entire tribe danced their heart out before I passed out and we called it a night to remember.
The Blingtastic Vibes
I have always been in awe of all things blingy and sparkly and therefore the wedding nuptials would be incomplete without this off-white shimmer saree again from my favorite place, KALKI. The dazzling saree with sequins and threadwork embroidery not only added a magical charm to my persona but to the sangeet ceremony as well. I can vouch for the comfort and elegance of this saree which was a highlight of the sangeet ceremony and that left everyone awe-struck.
Two months into my new life and I still can’t get over the madness of the legendary wedding which was a riot of colours and experiences. The memories and the wedding pictures that are oozing with love still give me goosebumps and also get me teary-eyed. It is something that will always be treasured beyond words.
