Love, tradition, and social change—Jeet Adani’s wedding with Diva Shah is making waves not just for its simplicity and elegance but also for its commitment to a cause that matters deeply to the couple. Let’s take a closer look at this high-profile yet low-key wedding that’s all set to become the talk of the town!
When and Where is the Wedding?
Jeet Adani and Diva Shah’s wedding celebrations have begun with the perfect blend of classy and traditional. Pre-wedding events began on February 5, 2025, while the main wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place on February 7, 2025.

Jeet Adani wedding venue is at Shantigram township of the Adani family in Ahmedabad. The rituals have been steeped in Jain and Gujarati traditions, with the ceremony kicked off at 2 PM IST. While social media is flooded with snatches of events leading up to the Gautam Adani’s son wedding, the most interesting part is a charity initiative tagged to the occasion.
Who is Jeet Adani?
Jeet Adani, the younger son of industrialist Gautam Adani, is not just a name tied to the family business empire. He’s an entrepreneurial management practitioner in modern days who’s a big ripple for himself. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Jeet has moved to Adani Group as its Vice President, Group Finance in 2019.

Therein, his working is around handling strategic finance and capital market together with all related governance works at the organization level. What makes Gautam Adani’s son stand out is his commitment to social causes, and currently, his focus on people with disabilities, which he is bringing into his wedding celebrations.
Who is Diva Shah?
Diva Shah, the soon-to-be Mrs. Adani, hails from one of India’s wealthiest families. The daughter of diamond merchant Jagjivanlal ‘Jaimin’ Shah, Diva Shah is an heiress to the legacy of C. Dinesh and Co. Private Limited, the famous diamond manufacturing company based in Mumbai and Surat.
Though Diva prefers to keep a low profile, elegance and charm for sure glow through her simplicity, which everyone appreciated with whole heart when Gautam Adani’s son’s engagement ceremony took place on 14th March, 2023. Together they make a power couple ready to blend legacies in a way and manner that reflects values and vision that we all hope to make a better world.
A Wedding Beyond Traditions
As admitted by Gautam Adani, this will be a very simple and traditional affair, focusing on family, friends, and loved ones. Some prominent names from the business world as well as high society will attend, but no international or Hollywood celebrities are to be expected. We’ll get more deets once social media starts buzzing with insider glimpses of the 27-year-old Jeet Adani’s wedding!
In a fab twist, Jeet and Diva are totally levelling up their wedding vibes by teaming up with multiple NGOs, with the full support of the Adani Group, to spread some serious love. One of the most exciting collaborations?
They’ve partnered with Delhi’s Family of Disabled (FOD) to create hand-painted shawls for the couple, adding a personal, meaningful touch. And, to give it that extra oomph, the fabulous Manish Malhotra has collaborated with some artisans to add a touch of modern luxury to these shawls, keeping the tradition alive.
But wait, there’s more! Word on the street, aka social media, is that the couple has hired a whole crew of artisans to create some super-special pieces for the big day. Custom placards and digitally printed plates are being designed by Kai Rassi from Chennai. Bibaji Churi Wala from Jodhpur is making three different types of bangles for Diva. But here’s a fun one—400 artisans from Nashik are hand-weaving Paithani sarees for the guests at the wedding. Now that is what one calls a wedding that’s creative as much as meaningful!
Their Forever Promise
While the love story remains largely unknown, Jeet and Diva share a bond through shared values, commitment to give back, and much more. The couple has already promised to donate Rs 10 lakh each year as their wedding pledge. This will enable them with financial independence to begin their lives with freedom and utmost dignity for life.
This promise is all set to sponsor the marriages of 500 women with disabilities under their ‘Mangal Seva’ initiative, which holds a special place in their hearts. On February 5, Jeet Adani today met 21 newlywed Divyang women and their husbands to launch this initiative.
Their journey is a testament to how love can drive meaningful change, and this wedding marks the start of a new chapter of both personal and social responsibility.
Looking Forward
As Jeet Adani and Diva Shah step into their future together, this wedding isn’t just a celebration of their union—it’s also a powerful reminder of how love, heritage, and social impact can beautifully intersect to bring forth a better future altogether.
