Our wedding was a memorable event, with guests and family members joyfully participating in all the ceremonies. The moment I cherished the most was when our eyes met amidst the grand celebrations. That single look into each other’s eyes transported us to another world, oblivious to everything around us. In a world where no words were needed to vow always having each other’s back, the entire scenario of our past, present, and future as a doting couple flashed before us, making us feel surreal. That brief moment, where in our hearts, we promised to be there for each other in all spheres of life, was the most precious wedding moment, one that I’m sure we will always uphold.

In a world where luxury and materialistic things hold a lot of importance, what got me hooked on my beloved was his kindness, his cheerful nature, and his genuine care towards me. All these qualities of his converted my affection for him as a friend into true love for a life partner. What sets him apart and impresses me the most is his love and respect for both families. His thoughtful act of seeking permission for our union from both families showcases the importance of family and relationships in his life. After receiving the green signal, he did something that completely captivated me. That euphoric moment when he surprised me with a proposal in Dubai left me lovestruck and will always hold a special place in my heart. Our love and understanding for each other form the foundation of this rock-solid relationship, which grows stronger with each passing day. Our journey which began as friends and ended up as life partners epitomises friendship, patience and genuine care resulting in an everlasting bond.
The Mesmerising Haldi Outfit
Drawing inspiration from the sunny charm of Positano, we opted for a vibrant palette of yellow hues as the theme for the sacred Haldi ceremony. Envisioning myself in a classic white ensemble that exuded grace and elegance, I was thrilled to discover the stunning outfit at KALKI. The exquisite white crop top and sharara suit, adorned with an attached ruffle drape and hand-embroidered leaf motifs, left me speechless. Its figure-flattering design made me feel like I was on top of the world. This masterpiece perfectly captured my vision of the ideal haldi outfit. Every stitch of the ensemble showcased impeccable craftsmanship and left me in awe of its mesmerizing beauty. The look was completed with jewellery made of white beads. I opted for a maang tikka, a choker, hathphool, and jhumkis that elevated my entire look. The minimalistic makeup up along with half-tied hair and flowers to add some flair was a perfect choice that complemented the sharara suit. My better half looked dapper in a white achkan and dhoti set along with a pair of mojaris. A golden brooch and sunglasses added oomph to his uber-classy looks. We felt like the best version of ourselves and did an elaborate photo shoot looking into each other’s eyes, hugging each other, and walking hand in hand with a background filled with lush green flora and fauna and a venue with great architecture.
It’s All About Sparkle And Shine
Embracing a dazzling world of mirrors and shimmer, our sangeet night was a high-octane party filled with glitz and glamour. My sangeet outfit was a magnificent wine-coloured shimmery crop top and lehenga set. The embroidered velvet blouse and dupatta added oomph to the exquisite ensemble. Similar to my haldi look, I opted for light makeup along with a few hair accessories to accentuate my curls. My jewellery included statement-making chandelier earrings, a maang tikka, a necklace, hathphool, and a bold bracelet. Meanwhile, my beloved wore a glittery black sherwani paired with black footwear, perfectly aligning with the theme, and giving him the appearance of a prince charming. With a perfect romantic background that resembled a heritage site, we happily shot a lot of pictures with many filmy poses. These shots of me twirling in my sequin lehenga choli and we lost in each other’s eyes madly in love etc will be priceless memories that will be treasured forever.
